Florida Preferred Group in Miami, FL seeks a responsible account manager to oversee administrative and field tasks across multiple accounts. The role blends in‑office and on‑site duties, requiring strong communication and safety awareness.

You will interview applicants, train staff, create cleaning schedules, monitor hours, prepare payroll, and report on maintenance issues. Travel within Florida may be required; a valid driver's license and reliable car are needed.

Competenze

• 2 years of Janitorial / Supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Mansioni

• Screen and interview applicants for open positions.
• Conduct in person interviews.
• Provide training for new and existing employees.
• Create a cleaning schedule for each account.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues.
• Arrive to work at the scheduled time and perform services to established standards.
• Create monthly reports for each account.
• Responsible for monitoring employee hours.
• Responsible for approving hours for payroll.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Organize and schedule appointments/meetings when needed.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
• Maintain a supply inventory for each account.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Update running list of time off requests and arrange coverage.
• Order/deliver supplies for current clients when needed.
• Serve as quality control when visiting sites to ensure managers are doing their jobs.
• Must know how to clean when a shift has no coverage.
• Provide adequate training regarding chemicals and procedures.
• Travel for emergency management services as needed.
• Travel for accounts outside of Miami Dade.
• Commute between cities in Florida.
• Work under limited supervision.
