Job summary

Florida Preferred Group is seeking a motivated account manager to oversee cleaning and maintenance contracts across our Florida accounts. The role blends office coordination with on-site supervision, requiring strong communication and the ability to inspect and ensure service quality in multiple locations.

You will schedule shifts, train staff, monitor hours, handle payroll approvals, and generate monthly reports while traveling between cities in Florida.

Qualifications

• 2 years of janitorial or supervisory experience required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Screen and interview applicants for open positions.
• Conduct in-person interviews.
• Provide training for new and existing employees.
• Create a cleaning schedule for each account.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues.
• Ensure timely arrival and service quality.
• Create monthly reports for each account.
• Manage employee hours and approve payroll.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments.
• Organize meetings and distribute memos.
• Maintain supply inventory and provide general support.
• Serve as the main contact for clients.
