Magone & Company, P.C. is seeking a Client Accounting Specialist in Parsippany, NJ. This full-time, client-facing role partners with clients to support day-to-day accounting operations while collaborating with the Accounting Supervisor to deliver outstanding service.

You will manage accounts payable, assist in financial reporting, and ensure accurate records. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy building relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting support or client accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is required; Bill.com is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Support client accounting functions and day-to-day financial operations.
• Process accounts payable and manage bill payments using Bill.com.
• Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and answer accounting-related questions.
