Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience supervising staff and reviewing work.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, financial statements, and forecasts.
• Act as primary contact for assigned clients and oversee client relationships.
• Review and improve staff-prepared accounting work.
• Support and develop junior team members.
