Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting or outsourced environment preferred.
• Experience reviewing others' work or leading a team preferred.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close for client accounts.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Mentor staff accountants and guide junior team members.
• Coordinate with clients to address accounting questions and provide insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client workflows.
