The Role: CAS Manager

As a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager, you’ll be a strategic partner to clients and a supportive leader to your team. You’ll oversee daily financial operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and provide the financial insight clients need to succeed—all while helping your team grow and thrive.

This is a role for someone who leads with integrity, communicates with clarity, and is energized by building strong relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage accounting operations for a portfolio of purpose-driven clients
• Oversee and review monthly and year-end close processes
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and client reports
• Guide and support team members with reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger activities
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis support to clients
• Identify and implement process improvements and system upgrades
• Serve as a trusted advisor—delivering insights that help clients grow
• Collaborate with CPA partners on tax prep, advisory services, and reviews
• Mentor team members and foster a strong, values-driven culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in client accounting, public accounting, or outsourced CFO services
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships
• Excellent communicator with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with professionalism and care
• Comfortable with modern accounting software and cloud-based tools
• CPA license is a strong plus
