Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Client Accountant in Tempe, AZ to perform full cycle accounting, cash and accrual management, and produce accurate financial statements for multiple clients.

You will handle AP/AR, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, rent calculations, and assist with audits while applying internal controls. Collaboration with clients and property management is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Experience with accounting or database software packages preferred.
• Basic knowledge of commercial real estate preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle accounting including analysis of accounts and transactions.
• Prepare cash management, AP and AR, accruals and reconciliations.
• Produce comprehensive financial reporting packages on time.
• Review fixed assets ledgers and depreciation; compute straight-line rent.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and report inconsistencies.
• Research and communicate basic accounting issues.
• Collaborate with clients and property management.
• Support audits with documentation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
