BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Client Accountant to steward client accounts, ensure billing accuracy, and provide meaningful financial insights. You will work closely with Client Experience, Media, and Production to translate contracts into clean job setups and reliable forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial/accounting systems and Excel-based reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with multi-client management.
• Clear communication with non-finance stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of job-based accounting, client billing, ASC 606.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly client billing across agency fees, production costs, and media where applicable.
• Manage revenue forecasts, pipelines, and budgets; lead monthly forecast reviews.
• Partner with client teams with a focus on P&L and financial health.
• Review contracts and billing terms for accuracy and optimization.
• Monitor receivables and resolve outstanding balances.
