160over90, a Global marketing agency part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an energetic GL Accountant in our Philadelphia office. You will perform month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years general accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close duties and reporting including recording of accurate journal entries.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet account reviews and reconciliations to ensure ledger maintenance.
• Analyze financial reports and records for discrepancies.
• Assist with management of cash flow forecasting including daily oversight of bank activity and preparation of bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate Inter- and Intra-company reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with various ad-hoc reporting and projects as needed.
