The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Manage and monitor the performance of client accounts to meet service expectations
• Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
• Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics
