A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores, in customers' homes, and over the phone. Obtain new rental orders as needed.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures. Keep vehicles clean and maintained.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness. Refurbish merchandise to like-new condition, dust, vacuum, and organize the showroom.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:

This role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting/moving heavy items. Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time hours, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and one other weekday off. Hours may vary based on business needs.
