Job description

Act as a conduit between clients, who bill medical insurance claims electronically, and Quadax. The Account Representative is the face of Quadax and interacts with both clients (hospitals and physician practices) and Quadax personnel alike. Prefer candidates that can travel by automobile to Kansas City, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and Oklahoma City if possible. We are able to hire in TX and MO in this region.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with setup, some implementation, and daily operations of the Quadax electronic claims processing software called Xpeditor.
2. Train staff (current and new) on product features and everyday use.
3. Read multiple reports and identify billing trends for clients.
4. Present clients with additional products and features.
5. Contact insurance payers to research reasons for claim denials or edits.
6. Assist clients in writing and testing custom data converts upon implementation.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Detail-oriented with good investigative and troubleshooting skills.
2. Ability to multitask effectively.
3. Knowledge of medical billing practices or Electronic Data Interchange processes.
4. Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
5. Adaptability to learn various departmental functions related to the Quadax product.
6. Sufficient public speaking skills.
7. Remote work experience preferred.
8. Willingness to travel approximately 50%-75% of the time.
9. Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Additional Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Presentation Skills, and Customer Service is desirable, with varying proficiency levels.
