Job summary

CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit agency in the Akron area seeking a full-time Client Account Representative to work in our clinic, Monday through Friday, starting early at 6:00 or 6:30am.

The role involves managing financial intakes, updating client records, handling statements and balances, and supporting EAP services and chart audits. A high school diploma and related accounting/customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm accurately.
• Related experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting practices.
• Experience in customer service and working in an office setting.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office practices and equipment.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and private insurance billing requirements; CPT/ICD-9 coding a plus.

CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.

We are currently looking for a full time Client Account Representative to work in our clinic, Monday through Friday.

The Client Account Representative's duties include:

• Financial Intakes/Updates
• Client Statements and Balances
• EAP Services
• Chart Audits

This position will be required to start early in the morning (6:00 or 6:30am).

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to type 45 wpm accurately. Must have related experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting practices, experience in customer service and working in an office setting. Must have strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment and be detail oriented. Working knowledge of MITS, knowledge of Medicaid and private insurance billing requirements and experience with CPT and ICD-9 coding, a plus
