LifeSkills and Pennyroyal Center is hiring a Client Engagement Specialist in Hopkinsville, KY. This full-time role focuses on ensuring seamless access to care, managing referrals, and promoting client engagement throughout treatment.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, HIPAA compliance, and experience with EHR systems in a behavioral health setting. Travel is up to 25% and the role supports daily operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; human services background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse clients.
• Ability to protect client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic health record platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with referrals and required paperwork.
• Escort clients to appointments to ensure connection to services.
• Identify providers for walk-in clients and urgent scheduling needs.
• Assist with initial intake and ongoing required documentation.
• Follow up with clients after missed appointments to address barriers.
• Collaborate with clients to overcome obstacles to treatment attendance.
• Maintain accurate records in the electronic health record system.
