Job summary

PostHog is seeking a senior ClickHouse Infrastructure Engineer to help operate and scale one of the world’s largest ClickHouse clusters. You will automate provisioning, deployment, and performance tuning across our multi-node data platform, ensuring reliability as data volumes grow.

You’ll work with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes, evaluating new hardware and cloud options to optimize cost and throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience with OLAP databases, especially ClickHouse.
• Strong automation of dynamic provisioning using Terraform, Ansible and Kubernetes.
• Experience handling high-scale data storage challenges.
• Stack includes Python, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, AWS, and Zookeeper.
