You will lead planning, set targets, manage budgets, mentor brokers, identify cross-sell opportunities, participate in local organizations, and ensure succession planning.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years of experience as a real estate leader or in a sales/real estate organization with significant exposure to Commercial Real Estate Brokers.
