Job summary

Goodwill Industries is hiring a full-time eCommerce shipping associate for our East Cleveland warehouse. You will join a fast-growing team dedicated to maximizing the value of donations and supporting job skills training and employment services.

The role includes a Monday–Friday day shift, potential bonuses for meeting goals, and a benefits package with PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, and retirement plan options. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to perform warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and automotive insurance.
• Able to perform physical duties in a warehouse and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily in a warehouse setting as part of the eCommerce shipping team.
• Assist with eCommerce shipping operations to maximize the value of donated items.
• Follow safety guidelines and be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Basic Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and automotive insurance. Must regularly provide the agency with proof of valid automotive insurance. Employees who utilize an agency vehicle must submit to a BMV check.
• Primarily works in a warehouse setting.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position including but not limited to frequent standing, bilateral reach, and handling ability; constant fingering and pinch grip; requires frequent ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; may require shoulder height reaching with either hand and firm grasp; frequent bending; may squat; requires frequent ability to push/pull less than 25 lbs. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
