Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a full-time eCommerce Quality Control Coordinator to join our North Canton warehouse. You will evaluate, catalog, and either accept or reject incoming eCommerce items from stores, determining listing readiness and guiding items through the listing process.

You’ll load, transport, and manage the flow of products to eCommerce Sellers while upholding overall quality.

Job description

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a full-time eCommerce Quality Control Coordinator to join our North Canton warehouse.

In this role, you will evaluate, catalog, and either accept or reject the incoming eCommerce items from stores. This position uses knowledge and experience to determine whether the item is worth going through the listing process. Once evaluated, the specialist loads and transports the items to the eCommerce Sellers and continues the process. The Quality Control Coordinator controls the flow of products from stores into the listing process and is responsible for the overall quality of items making it through the process.

Basic Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position including but not limited to frequent standing, bilateral reach, and handling ability; constant fingering and pinch grip; requires frequent ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; may require shoulder height reaching with either hand and firm grasp; frequent bending; may squat; requires frequent ability to push/pull less than 25 lbs. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
