CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager in Cleveland to lead daily accounting operations, strengthen processes, and provide strategic financial insight as the company grows.

The role reports to the leadership team and requires a hands-on leader who can manage AR/AP, month-end close, and budgeting while ensuring controls and accuracy across the finance function.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience with full-cycle accounting including month-end closing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily bookkeeping, AP, and AR processes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and budget vs actual reports.
• Coordinate with CPA, tax preparer and audits.
• Manage bank accounts, loans, and insurance tracking.
