CBIZ Talent Solutions seeks a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead clients, build a team, strengthen financial reporting, and dive into work when needed. You will oversee multiple engagements, solve complex accounting challenges, and shape a growing outsourced accounting and CFO advisory practice.

We want a confident player-coach with strong accounting judgment, client presence, and the ability to turn messy engagements into well-run operations.

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Accounting Manager who can lead clients, develop a team, strengthen financial reporting, and jump into the work when needed. You’ll oversee multiple engagements, solve complex accounting challenges, improve processes, and help shape a growing outsourced accounting and CFO advisory firm.

We want a confident player-coach with strong accounting judgment, client presence, and the ability to turn messy engagements into well-run operations.

• Eastern or Central Time Zone required. CPA or outsourced accounting experience is a plus.
