Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in customer service or account management.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop strategic plans.
• Packaging industry experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong client relationships advising on TPCs products and services.
• Oversee vendor‑managed inventory programs to maintain accurate stock levels and smooth flow cycles.
• Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Converting) to support customer needs.
• Partner with the Business Development Manager to execute strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly reports on prospects, projects, and account activity for Sales leadership.
• Conduct quarterly business review presentations with top clients.
• Support accounting with collections and resolve customer escalations promptly.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and overall business growth strategy.
• Deliver annual partnership highlight reports to showcase customer activities.
