Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Kansas City is seeking a Revenue Auditor to support daily casino financial controls and regulatory compliance. You will audit game-by-game drops for tables and slots and oversee the work across cage, pit, bar, restaurant, and gift shop.

You will verify Title 31 documentation, calculate win/loss using the accounting systems, maintain revenue files, and resolve issues within your authority while upholding company policies and state gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Audit game-by-game drops for tables and slots daily.
• Oversee cage, pit, bar, restaurant and gift shop daily audits.
• Review and file Title 31 documentation.
• Ensure slot jackpot tickets, table fills, and credits follow policies and regulations.
• Verify slot drop and table drop documentation.
• Calculate win/loss for machines using accounting systems and for table games using the pit system.
• Review signatures and work permit numbers at random.
• Maintain revenue accounting files.
• Pays federal taxes withheld on W2Gs bi-weekly.
• Resolve problems within scope of authority and escalate as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Audits drop information on a game-by-game basis for tables, slots on a daily basis and the work of the cage, slots, pit, bar, restaurant, employee dining room, deli, and gift shop on a daily basis.

Reviews and files Title 31 documentation.

Ensures that all slot jackpot tickets, as well as table fills and credits are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures and state gaming regulations.

Verifies slot drop documentation and table drop documentation.

Calculates win or loss for each machine utilizing the slot accounting system and calculates win or loss for each table game utilizing the pit accounting system.

Reviews signatures and work permit numbers on a random basis

Maintains files for all revenue accounting documents.

Pays federal taxes withheld on W2Gs bi-weekly.

Resolves problems that are within the position’s scope of authority and recommends courses of actions that are beyond the scope of authority to the department manager or appropriate shift supervisor.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
