Job summary

McLane Company, Inc is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk I to monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is accurate and ready for use in the warehouse at Hazelwood, MO. You will work with teammates to understand customer demands, file claims on defective goods, and perform other duties as assigned.

A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in distribution help are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Inventory Control Clerk I tracks inventory levels to ensure that all products are in stock and available for distribution in the warehouse.

• Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.
• Monday-Friday 1pm-930pm

What you'll do as an Inventory Control Clerk I:

Qualifications you'll bring as an Inventory Control Clerk I:

• 2 or more years work experience, preferably in the distribution industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office systems.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
