Job summary

McLane Company, Inc is seeking a Damage/Returns Processor to support inbound drivers by unloading and accounting for products returned from delivery or processed through the Damage/Returns Department.

You will count, scan, and input item information, sort totes, transport products, and process items through the inventory system while upholding safety and accuracy. The role offers 2nd shift options, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

The Damage/Returns Processor assists inbound McLane Drivers to unload and account for products being returned from delivery or processed through the Damage/Returns Department.

Benefits you can count on:

• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour. Shift differential pay for 2nd shift (.40) and 3rd shift (.50)
• Monday-Friday. We have 3 shifts available, 6am-230pm, 10am-630pm, 6pm-230am, and 2 shifts that can work 4x 10hrs days.

What you'll do as a Warehouse Processor:

• Count, scan, and input item label information into a computerized system.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
