Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk I to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure items are ready for distribution in the warehouse.

You will collaborate with teammates to understand customer demands and resolve issues around stock availability. The role offers a pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour and a Monday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday schedule from 3:00pm to 1:30am, with benefits starting after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance along with

The Inventory Control Clerk I tracks inventory levels to ensure that all products are in stock and available for distribution in the warehouse.

• Pay rate: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Mon-Weds-Thu-Fri (Tue & Thu are changeable for day off) 3:00pm - 1:30am

Qualifications you’ll bring as an Inventory Control Clerk I:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 or more years work experience, preferably in the distribution industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office systems.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
