The Role: Clerk - Front Office
Responsibilities
  1. Ensure guest satisfaction and revenue through check-in, check-out, and coordination of hotel services.
  2. Register guests promptly and courteously; handle group check-ins/out and VIP arrivals; stay informed of hotel events.
  3. Process guest check-outs and payments according to policies.
  4. Respond to guest requests, promote hotel services, and provide local information.
  5. Resolve minor guest complaints; escalate major issues to supervisors.
  6. Book reservations or coordinate with VIP Services.
  7. Handle departmental accounting, post charges, and prepare cashier reports.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service.
  9. Follow safety rules and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
  10. Adhere to company policies and recycling standards.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Good communication skills and computer experience.
  • Outgoing, friendly, helpful personality, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, and with initiative.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, nights; pass background check.
  • Professional appearance; fluent in English.
