Responsibilities

• Under general supervision performs clerical and administrative support for the WIC program.
• Updates/inputs patient demographics into WIC Dept software.
• Answer calls in call center.
• Provide good customer service scheduling appointments, routing calls and answering questions about the WIC program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
