As an Hourly Clerical Services Worker within the Georgia Department of Public Health, you will join a dedicated group of public health professionals that help support the overall mission and vision of protecting lives of Georgian residents in a variety of ways.

Location: North Georgia Health District- (WIC Call Center Dept)-Dalton, GA

• Under general supervision performs a variety of clerical and administrative support functions for the WIC program
• Updates/inputs patient demographics into WIC Dept software
• Answer calls in call center
• Provide good customer service scheduling appointments, routing calls and answering questions about the WIC program
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Microsoft Office computer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• WIC experience
• Bilingual-English/Spanish

Current State employees are subject to State Personnel Board rules regarding salary.
