Promotes an excellent first impression and demonstrates exemplary customer service skills in person and on the phone. Immediately acknowledge the receipt of each order and prioritize the requests. Continually interacts with patients, parents and physicians. Assist the Office Coordinator II by calling results and if requested relay information to families. Enters, digitize, and imports previous CD/films into the PACS. All job duties are accomplished under a moderate level of supervision.
