Our Clerical Supervisor - Office Admin works Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM position, giving you evenings and weekends off. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing budgets, leading a small team, and supporting community programs.
In this role, you'll oversee a small office and supervise support staff to make sure all programs and agents have the help they need. You'll handle tasks like approving leave, conducting performance reviews, and keeping communication flowing between the team and leadership. You'll also manage the department's budget, process invoices, and track funding for grants, especially for the Parenting Resource Center. Your creativity will come into play as you design newsletters, flyers, and event materials using desktop publishing software. Additionally, you'll assist with events like the 4-H Horse Show and Farm Safety Day Camp, handling registrations and creating materials.
An associate degree in secretarial training or related vocational education is preferred. Familiarity with Extension Service operations, 4-H programs, and Microsoft Dynamics software is also a plus.
