Cass County Government in North Dakota is seeking a full-time Clerical Supervisor - Office Admin to join our Extension Department team. This role supports 4-H and agricultural programs in partnership with NDSU, with a salary range of $52,648 - $58,386 per year.

You will supervise a small office, manage budgets, invoices, and grants, and design newsletters and event materials using desktop publishing software.

Qualifications

• Experience with desktop publishing and office operations.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage budgets, staff, and multiple projects.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small office and supervise support staff to ensure programs and agents have the help they need.
• Manage the department's budget, process invoices, and track funding for grants (e.g., Parenting Resource Center).
• Design newsletters, flyers, and event materials using desktop publishing software.
• Assist with events (e.g., 4-H Horse Show, Farm Safety Day Camp) including registrations and materials creation.
