In this position, you will oversee a clerical and supervisory clerical staff who perform a variety of moderately complex and complex clerical work. You will be expected to oversee the receipt, distribution, and delivery of mail, gather data to prepare correspondence and reports, and enter and retrieve information from our database. Work also includes providing procedural information and clerical training to staff, assessing clerical workloads and assigning work accordingly, and maintaining office equipment in working order to ensure uninterrupted service to the employees of the service center. From answering written inquiries from our other service centers, referees, and departments to evaluating employee performance, our team will rely on you to keep our clerical team working efficiently and effectively.
