Qualifications

• Ability to perform clerical duties as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality of staff and residents

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all staff and residents
• Assist with answering incoming calls, door screening, welcoming resident families and visitors, and maintaining a neat, organized work area
• Schedule resident outings/transportation; perform clerical duties such as faxing, scanning, emailing as assigned by DON
• Maintain daily staffing sheet; enter schedules in electronic scheduling system for department leadership review
• Maintain department records and files (employee folders, postings, education records, etc.); update monthly quality log and distribute to leaders
• Additional duties as assigned by DON

Job Functions:

• Maintain Confidentiality of all Staff and Residents
• Assist with

  • o Actively engages staff to cover any gaps in the schedule
  • o Actively attempt to cover call-offs
  • o Covering a shift in times of need
• Maintain Department Records and Files
  • o Employee folders. i.e. Education, disciplinary actions, etc.
  • o Update postings for educational opportunities and other important notices
  • o Update monthly quality log and distribute to appropriate leaders
