Job summary

Beacon Hill seeks a temporary Clerical Asset Associate in Arlington Heights to support the provisioning and asset teams in daily operations.

You will assist with device setup, labeling, inventory checks, data entry in Excel, and packing/shipping preparation; a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a mobile carrier environment are preferred; lifting up to 30 lbs and overtime may be required. This role offers exposure to enterprise mobility solutions within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1+ years of experience working for a mobile carrier such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint.

Responsibilities

• Assist asset team to ensure hot spots are assembled correctly.
• Affix batteries to device sleds as required.
• Assist provisioning team to ensure devices are set up appropriately.
• Assist shipping to ensure devices are ready to ship, including printing labels, data entry into Excel, printing emails, and other clerical tasks.
• May perform ad-hoc assignments in moving, asset tagging, counting or quality checks of inventory.

Our client, a technology company located in Arlington Heights, seeks a temporary Clerical Asset Associate to support the provisioning team. They are the leading provider of mobile enterprise solutions and services. Responsibilities

• Assist the asset team to ensure hot spots are assembled correctly

• Assist the shipping department to ensure devices are ready to ship. This includes printing labels, data entry into Excel, print emails, and other clerical tasks as assigned
• May perform ad-hoc assignments in moving, asset tagging, counting or performing quality checks of inventory as required

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work overtime to complete projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education and Years of Experience
