The Office of the Queens County District Attorney (QDA) is currently seeking a Clerical Assistant to help support the Felony Trials Bureau IV (FTBIV). The Clerical Assistant will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties including, but not limited to:
Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma (or its educational equivalent) and must have the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively, as well as working knowledge of computers and email. Applicants must be able to regularly work Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with prior clerical experience, including experience with data entry into computerized systems, working knowledge of excel, handling documents of sensitive nature (filing, delivering, scanning, etc.), or to candidates with bilingual ability (written, spoken or both).
Salary Range: $42,000
