Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) is seeking a Claims Processor to support our home health operations in New York. You will print health plan claims from Brightree and MedTrac, verify claims accuracy, scan documents, and help distribute mail for the department.

Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) provides a comprehensive Integrated Delivery System in the home setting, offering Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Respiratory, Home Health, and Home Infusion services. Through our select network of Medicare and Medicaid Certified and Accredited providers, we are available 24/7 to meet the needs of our patients with compassion, expertise, and excellence.

What will you be doing:

• Prints Health Plan claims and supporting documentation from Brightree and MedTrac. Including “on-hold” claims.
• Verifies claim accuracy on all required fields.
• Verifies all supporting documentation (invoice, LOA, POD, etc.) matches the items billed on claim.
• Scans claim and supporting documentation into a designated shared file.
• Mailes out claim and supporting documentation to appropriate health plan.
• Sort and distribute department mail daily.
• Additional projects.
