Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) is seeking an organized professional to join our claims processing team. The role focuses on accurate health plan claims handling and documentation management in a collaborative home health setting.

You will verify fields and supporting documents, scan and file records, and distribute mail daily while contributing to additional projects as needed. IHCS emphasizes patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Print health plan claims and supporting documentation from Brightree and MedTrac, including on-hold claims.
• Verifies claim accuracy on all required fields.
• Verifies all supporting documentation (invoice, LOA, POD, etc.) matches the items billed on claim.
• Scans claim and supporting documentation into a designated shared file.
• Mails out claim and supporting documentation to appropriate health plan.
• Sort and distribute department mail daily.
• Additional projects.
