Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a motivated senior professional to lead Clearing Operations initiatives across its U.S. offices, including New York, Chicago, Lake Mary, and Denver. You will oversee high-impact projects supporting growth and collaborate with engineering, product, risk, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Brokerage Operations experience, ideally with a Clearing Broker-Dealer
• Strong understanding of clearing operations, with experience in settlements, stock loan, margin/options, or transfers
• Self-motivated with a bias for action; autonomous execution
• Builds and sustains strong relationships across cross-functional teams
• FINRA Series 7 required; Series 24 preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between Clearing Operations and Product/Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Develop deep understanding of Robinhood back office operations and partner with desk leads and SMEs for product launches.
• Establish a cohesive vision for Clearing Operations-wide initiatives spanning multiple teams with compliance and efficiency focus.
• Own launch readiness for new product rollouts and initiatives impacting Clearing Operations — coordinate readiness across people, process, and technology before go-live.
• Track progress, measure outcomes, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
• Use data-driven decisions to contribute to operational efficiencies.
• Apply deep working knowledge of clearing operations and regulatory requirements, along with fluency in Artificial Intelligence, to amplify impact.
