Job summary

Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Clearing Operations leader to steer cross-functional programs in our high-velocity environment.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance to ensure operational readiness for new product launches and strategic initiatives across Clearing Operations. You will develop deep expertise in Robinhood back office processes, partnering with desk leads and SMEs to incorporate operational requirements into product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Experience coordinating across product, engineering and risk teams.
• Strong understanding of clearing operations and regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action and execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between Clearing Operations and Product/Engineering teams across the development lifecycle.
• Build partnerships with desk leads and SMEs to ensure operational needs are considered for product launches.
• Define a cohesive vision for Clearing Operations initiatives spanning multiple teams.
• Own launch readiness for new product rollouts, coordinating people, processes, and tech before go-live.
• Track progress, measure outcomes, and update senior stakeholders.
• Use data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
• Apply deep clearing ops knowledge and regulatory requirements with AI fluency to amplify impact.
