Robinhood is seeking a motivated Clearing Operations leader to oversee high-impact projects that support growth and strategic initiatives across Clearing Operations. You will collaborate with engineering, product, risk, and compliance to align operational requirements with fast, high-velocity execution plans.

You’ll act as the main liaison between Clearing Operations and Product/Engineering teams, ensuring operational readiness and compliance across product launches.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Brokerage Operations, ideally with a Clearing Broker-Dealer.
• Excellent program/project management skills with a demonstrated record of delivering results on medium to large scale initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple projects with stakeholders across business units.
• FINRA Series 7 required; Series 24 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main liaison between Clearing Operations and Product/Engineering teams, ensuring Clearing Ops is represented throughout product development.
• Develop deep understanding of back office operations and partner with desk leads and SMEs for product launches.
• Establish a cohesive vision for Clearing Operations initiatives spanning multiple teams, prioritizing compliance and efficiency.
• Own launch readiness for new product rollouts across people, process, and technology before go-live.
• Track progress, measure outcomes, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
• Use data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiencies.
