Job summary

Robinhood is expanding its back office operations with a focus on clearing operations. The role will oversee high‑impact projects that support business growth, aligning operational requirements with fast‑paced product development.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, risk, and compliance to ensure readiness and regulatory alignment. The role requires 5+ years in Brokerage Operations and deep knowledge of clearing processes, with in‑person attendance at least 3 days per week in multiple offices

Qualifications

• Demonstrated program/project management excellence.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• 5+ years in Brokerage Operations, preferably with a Clearing Broker‑Dealer.
• Strong understanding of clearing operations, settlements, or related areas.
• Self‑motivated, action‑oriented, and autonomous in delivery.
• Ability to build trust and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between Clearing Operations and Product/Engineering across the product lifecycle.
• Develop deep understanding of back office operations and partner with desk leads and SMEs for product launches.
• Set a cohesive Clearing Operations vision for cross‑team initiatives.
• Own launch readiness for new product rollouts affecting Clearing Operations.
• Track progress, measure outcomes, and report to senior leaders.
• Use data‑driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
