Job summary

Nightwing seeks a cleared Test Engineer 3 to join our Annapolis Junction, MD team supporting government T&E programs. You will analyze requirements, develop test plans, and execute data collection and analysis to report results.

Candidates must hold TS/SCI with Poly, have 8+ years TE experience, a related bachelor's degree, and US citizenship. You will coordinate with SE, generate evaluation plans, and ensure test readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Eight (8+) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance analyses and data collection.
• Develop and evaluate test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Coordinate with SE and other teams for T&E activities.
• Validate modeling/simulation for T&E use and risk assessments.
• Ensure test readiness and compliance with government procedures.
