Job summary

BCT LLC seeks a Test Engineer 3 with an active TS/SCI with POLY for an on-site role in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The candidate will lead testing across software and hardware, design macro-level testing frameworks, and support micro-level activities.

Strong leadership, technical breadth, and experience with testing tools are essential to support government programs. Responsibilities include coordinating with the government sponsor, managing resources, and delivering QA across test processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Math, Science, CS, Engineering, Statistics, or related field is required.
• If degree not STEM, must have additional 5 years of Testing (total 13 years).
• Five extra TE years may substitute for Bachelor's; certifications may apply.
• Five years TE experience within program focus areas.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, or C#.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing design and improvements across software and hardware domains.
• Design testing postures/frameworks at macro level; support micro-level testing.
• Coordinate with government sponsor and task leadership on testing efforts.
• Manage T&E resources and ensure QA of test processes and products.
• Develop alternative actions for program risks and monitor milestones.
