Job summary

Nightwing in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a cleared Test Engineer 3 to join our cyber and systems integration team. The role focuses on planning and executing performance analyses, shaping Test & Evaluation strategies, and coordinating with government partners to deliver rigorous evaluation results.

Responsibilities include developing evaluation plans, executing data collection, and ensuring proper data management and reporting in support of program objectives and security standards.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of TEST ENGINEERING experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a math/science/engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance analyses and evaluation activities.
• Develop and report T&E documentation and plans (STR, TEM, T&E Master Plan).
• Coordinate with government sponsors and SE teams to align T&E with decision milestones.
• Select and calibrate instrumentation, collect data, and ensure data management and security compliance.
