Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC in Maryland is seeking a cleared Test Engineer 3 to join our team in Annapolis Junction. You will plan and execute performance analyses, coordinate with government sponsors, and deliver evaluation plans and reports to support T&E activities.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years as a Test Engineer, a BS in a related field, active TS/SCI with Poly, and experience with modeling, simulation, and data management.

Qualifications

• Eight (8+) years experience as a TE in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and Execute Performance Analysis.
• Analyze performance risk areas and inform evaluation planning.
• Specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation for T&E use.
• Plan program and event level testing for data collection and analysis.
• Produce Evaluation Plans, Analysis Plans, and Evaluation Reports.
