The role requires a valid driver’s license, 1+ year of security experience (including armed security), and the ability to work a part-time schedule with occasional shifts. Training and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and front-desk policies.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals.
• Receive and route phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries while maintaining a professional front-desk presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency protocols.
• Communicate observations and security concerns to site contacts and supervision.

• Tue: 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur: 12:00 AM - 07:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and front-desk policies at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals according to site requirements.
• Receive and route phone calls, deliveries, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional, courteous front-desk presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Communicate observations, access concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
