Allied Universal is hiring a Cleared Security Officer Driving in Boulder, CO, offering part-time, fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform. The pay rate is $26.14 per hour, with a schedule of DayTime Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities include customer service at an aerospace/defense site, regular patrols, access control, incident response, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating with Allied Universal supervision and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately in required reports and logs.

As a Cleared Security Officer Driving in Boulder, CO, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $26.14 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
