Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Must be a US Citizen with active DoD Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and train teams in Scrum values, self-management, and transparency.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Partner with Product Owner to guide teams toward iterative, data-driven solutions.
