Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation recruiters team seeks a Talent Management Specialist to support the Recruiting Manager in sourcing and processing candidates for current openings. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience for a Federal Government contracting company or US Government.
• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with an additional four years of experience working/supporting the Federal Government (DoD, US Air Force).
• Experience recruiting cleared program personnel for security and IT positions.
• Extensive experience using industry job boards and recruiting tools.
• Thorough understanding of federal clearance hierarchies, SCI/SAP eligibility, and polygraph formats.
• Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and composition.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Organized, team-oriented, and collaborative.
• Ability to handle multiple time sensitive projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting cleared personnel for government security contracts.
• Review incoming resumes and conduct interviews to verify skills and clearance status.
• Identify and engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, social media, and networks.
• Execute recruiting process steps: create and post job requisitions, conduct interviews, prepare resumes, generate offers, onboard new hires.
