Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of support for network-related issues and tickets.
• Perform initial troubleshooting of connectivity issues and hardware faults.
• Monitor network performance and health using standard tools.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 with proper documentation.
• Assist with routine network maintenance tasks and device reboots.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and changes in ticketing systems.
• Support end users with basic networking questions and connectivity needs.
